- Manage all communications between the team of internal and external business partners and all local parties involved in the Projects
- Develop initial budgetary cost estimates
- Assist with the preparation of work letters and other and similar leasing documents and information
- Coordinate and manage site surveys with relevant Project stakeholders
- Conduct thorough drawing reviews of all architectural and engineering documents and specifications for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare and manage requests for proposal (RFPs) to the General Contractor and all other required vendors for the Projects
- Manage the tendering phase from RFP to awarding winners
- Create, issue, and manage vendor contracts
- Build and monitor the construction schedules
- Develop and issue phasing plans for all partners for the Projects
- Manage obtaining all required permits for the Projects, such as construction permits, after-hours work authorization, Landlord approvals, health and safety approvals, and workers council approvals
- Carry out general daily Project management duties on the Projects, such as continual cost management, scheduling monitoring, resources management, and construction quality control
- Manage the construction budget. Such management shall require continual budget tracking, weekly calls, management of all change orders, monthly reconciliation statements, and closeout change orders
- Respond to and manage requests for information (RFIs) from all Project vendors
- Produce daily and weekly construction progress reports
- Conduct regular construction site walks to confirm that client's quality, cost, and schedule requirements are accomplished
- Manage weekly Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) calls
- Lead the construction punch list or snagging inspections and manage all open items to completion
- Lead the handover meetings for the Projects to the Facilities Management team following completion
- Manage the closeout of all Project financials, construction defects, as-builds, and report
- Organize and carry out the eleven (11) month warranty inspections
- Participate in Project completion reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement loops
- Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years experience of development and/or project management on complex Retail projects
- Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
- Willing to travel within APAC and US occasionally
- Full professional language level for written and spoken English
