- To plan, develop, execute and implement the short-term and long-term business plan and quarterly & yearly business targets through direct corporate end user engagement as well sales channels;
- Also support the achievement of overall Sales and Distribution Marketing objectives and targets. To be key contributor to park and sales team’s overall commercial strategy & priority and align business solution & events team to them;
- To build and provide leadership to Business Solutions and Events team to be creative, compelling and customer orientated solution providers for our clients and be trust advisor to key decision-makers in client’s organization;
- To meet Shanghai Disney Resort’s standard of guest experience and service for event and all other services provided to both consumer and corporate customers;
- To identify Key potential vertical markets and new business opportunities to develop strategic and actionable business plans to drive business solution & events business growth;
- To plan and develop product offerings based on the market trends and customer needs, and maximize the Shanghai Disney Resort assets by leveraging existing product portfolio and balance of volume and rate;
- To lead the Business Solutions and Events team to work closely with business partners to implement work plan, to manage the daily operation and to be build great relationship with key stakeholders like Park operation;
- To build a high performance sales team, reinforce a “people makes difference” culture and “be driver” working behavior and identify and develop high performance talents. Also put a highly effective sales discipline like account management, leads-to-cash, pipeline review, etc.
- Minimum 15 years of sales and business development experience;
- Bachelor degree and above, MBA degree preferred;
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory;
- Have working experience in Fortune 500 companies;
- Comprehensive expertise in solution selling and corporate business development;
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing a sizeable business team;
- Strategic thinker, inspirational leader, aim high and result-focused;
- Great team player and relationship builder;
- Culturally sensitive and attention to details;
- Preferred proven track record in business development and management of corporate partnerships.

- 您需要根据市场趋势和客户需求来制定并开发产品,并利用现有产品组合以及数量和费率的平衡来使上海迪士尼度假区的资产最大化;
- 带领业务解决方案和活动团队与业务合作伙伴保持紧密的合作以实施工作计划,管理日常运营并与关键利益相关者,例如乐园运营等,建立良好的关系;
- 您还需要建立一支高绩效的销售团队,强调“以人为本”的文化和“成为驱动者”的工作方式。要寻找和培养高绩效的人才,并设立高效的销售准则,例如客户管理、销售转化、渠道审查等。
- 拥有至少15年的销售与业务开发经验;
- 全日制大学本科学历及以上,工商管理学硕士专业背景为佳;
- 具备优秀的英语书写和口语能力;
- 具备世界500强企业的工作经验;
- 具备解决方案销售和公司业务开发方面的综合专业知识;
- 具备强大的领导能力,在管理庞大的业务团队方面拥有良好的往绩;
- 具有战略性思维并善于鼓舞团队成员, 目标远大同时结果导向;
- 优秀的团队合作者和关系建立者;
- 尊重文化及个体差异并注重细节;
