One of your key priorities will be to define and implement an APAC brand portfolio strategy, in line with the ambitious growth and transformation agenda for the region as well as drive regional brand building, developing, and implementing marketing, retail, and digital strategies in collaboration with APAC business units and global brand teams.As the Marketing & Retail GM APAC, one of your key priorities will be to define and implement an APAC brand portfolio strategy, in line with the ambitious growth and transformation agenda for the region as well as drive regional brand building, developing, and implementing marketing, retail, and digital strategies in collaboration with APAC business units and global brand teams. This is a highly strategic role, and you will be expected to deliver a profitable strategy for the chosen brands in the region.Other priorities:
  • Define the consumer and category insights that need to influence global brands developments to succeed in APAC
  • Develop the regional marketing, retail & digital community to ensure performance driven culture.
  • Partner with the business units on new retail channel development and the digital business team on e-commerce channel retail marketing and merchandising strategy
A global, Luxury company with a portfolio of some the world's famous brand|APAC role, define and execute brand strategies across niche beauty categoriesWe are looking for someone who is highly experienced in niche luxury, specifically fragrances, skincare, and makeup, with exposure to regional marketing, retail & digital in complex, multi-brand portfolios. .
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior leadership Marketing/Digital/Retail focused role
  • Regional experience for other countries in the APAC region is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in 3-Axis luxury beauty is a MUST.
  • Substantial expertise and experience in own retail / DTC (direct-to-consumer) market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with local business units and global brands' stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent English is a MUST HAVE. Additional APAC languages is a plusOur client is a prestigious, family-owned European luxury fashion company.
