VFS Global is a Trusted Partner for Diplomatic Missions and is currently carrying out the administrative work and non judgemental tasks for its client governments with 3533 Visa Application Centres and operations in 143 countries across five continents as at 30 April 2014. VFS Global serves the interests of 63 client governments. The company has successfully processed over 100 million applications since its inception in 2001.We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager for our Visa Application Center in İzmir, Türkiye.A. Required skills and qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and Professional IT Certifications
5+ years' experience of leading an operations management team within an IT capacity.
Experience supporting Microsoft operating system products (e.g., Office365, SharePoint, AD, MS Teams, and MS Office)
Experience in ITIL processes.
Excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of software, hardware, computer operating systems, and other technical skills that allow for managing an IT infrastructure.
The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines while retaining good attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information.

A. Role and responsibilities

Overall IT infrastructure support for Turkey and Azerbaijan (including all visa centers and offices in these countries).
Managing the day-to-day operational and project tasks within the IT infrastructure team.
Ensuring the IT function delivers the highest standards of internal customer service.
Working to tight deadlines and providing high levels of technical support and compliance within the business environment.
Working with the regional IT manager to ensure IT deliverables and compliance with all business audits.
Complying with the IT and information security policies, controls, and processes.
Coordinate with business and technology partners for the day-to-day operational and project requirements by video call, mail, and phone.
Coordinate with IT vendors for negotiating the best offers, the procurement process, and the delivery of IT hardware and software.
Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Collecting and keeping all the necessary IT statistics (including inventory of IT infrastructure and software) and information.
Responsible for his actions when handling confidential information (including personal data) of the company in accordance with the internal policy of the company and the current legislation.
