Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages, frameworks, and patterns
Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into functional specifications

Technical Solutions:

Thrive in a collaborative environment with many opportunities to learn from and share knowledge with other developers, architects, and our clients.
Solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends
Collaborate with software architects and developers to create efficient and reusable code

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Experience working as an AEM Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in a modern version of AEM
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
Experience with AEM component development, templating, and customization using Sightly or HTL.
Familiarity with AEM authoring and publishing workflows, including DAM (Digital Asset Management) integration.
Knowledge of AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have qualifications:

Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development technologies
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Developer (ACD) certification in AEM is a plus
