- Assisting our Partner for daily business activities
- Supporting for scheduling agenda and organizing the meetings
- Working closely and collaboratively with project team members
- Managing executive's agenda and set up meetings
- Preparing meeting notes and materials, performing research,
- Booking travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and hotels for executive
- Executing and supporting ad hoc special projects
- Monitoring office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
- Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations
- Greeting, receiving and guiding important visitors
- Event planning and onsite event assistance
- Personal assistant support as needed
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience in a top-tier institution, supporting high-performing executives and/or teams (this is good to have; not must to have)
- Experience in roles requiring organizational skills/ managing multiple stakeholders and complex environments/ supporting decision makers
- Forward-thinking, highly organized and a planner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent digital skills across Microsoft office suite and internet research
- Proactive nature
- Careful about confidentiality and privacy
