- Craft visually compelling social-first multimedia content, encompassing graphics, illustrations, animations, motion, and videos.
- Tailor design assets for diverse social media platforms to keep the brand's digital presence dynamic and engaging.
- Boldly explore innovative creative approaches and techniques for consistently fresh and captivating visuals.
- Contribute to developing and executing content strategies for impactful digital content aligned with brand objectives.
- Play a vital role in creating a spectrum of design assets for editorial and social media platforms, including static graphics, GIFS, animations, illustrations, short videos, filters, photos, and quizzes.
- Demonstrate experience in visual storytelling through various mediums, especially motion and illustration for editorial and social.
- Support the development and articulation of visual exploration for all brand campaign work.
- Work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to collectively integrate content with overall creative marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving project requirements, drawing from in-house or agency background.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining consistency and harmony across user touchpoints in any layout and format.
- Deliver creative assets punctually while maintaining fluid communication with project managers and marketing teams on project status and overcoming roadblocks.
- Proven capability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multimedia design, showcasing expertise in graphic design, illustration, animation, motion, and video.
- 2-3 year's experience in-house or at an agency, showcasing adaptability to diverse design challenges for digital media marketing.
- Established track record of crafting content for various social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- High level of proficiency in standard design applications, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio reflecting a diverse range of creative multimedia projects across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency with 3D is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of social media and platform-specific design requirements. You know what works and can concept and develop content that works across all platforms.
- A creative POV beyond execution. You're ready to concept, ideate and find solutions to creative problems.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- In-house or agency background with a proven track record of delivering impactful multimedia design solutions.

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
