Accounting & Finance Tribe Leader

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements (statutory and IFRS)
• Coordinating Budget and Strategic Plan
• Performing ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Investment analysis, feasibility studies
• Incentive certificate procedures
• Controlling payroll calculations
• Coordinating and completing quarterly and annual audits
• Tax office relations
• Fiscal and administrative compliance
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, principles,
• Improving systems and procedures
• Motivating teams to take on bold challenges, inspiring them to persevere on this journey
• Adapting to change and encouraging the team in this regard
• Promoting a collaborative environment and guiding teams towards the same goal within the framework of common values
• Establishing reliable, open, sincere and clear relationships with the team and all employees within the company
• Identifying and supporting the technical expertise and personal development needs of the team

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
• 10 + years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector and managing the Accounting team
• Ability to manage multiple leadership
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• Related certification is a plus (CPA, CFA etc.)
• Experienced with SAP FI (ML, SD and COPA knowledge is a plus)
• Having a tax background is a plus
• Understanding of Business Law
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
