- มีความรู้เรื่องเครื่องมือช่าง เช่น เครื่องเจีย เครื่องตัด
- มีความรู้เรื่องงานไฟฟ้าพื้นฐาน
- สามารถซ่อม และ ดูแลเครื่องปั่นไฟได้
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
1. ประกันสังคม
2. ลาป่วย 30 วัน
3. ลาพักร้อน 6 วัน
4. โบนัสประจำปี (ตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท)
5. ปรับเงินประจำปี
6. ปรับตำแหน่งตามผลงานสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
