This drive fuels the commitment and humanity that run deep through our every action.During your tenure as an Corporate Finance Advisory - HR Admin, you will have responsibility to coordinate and provide support to the partners and other key stakeholders of the firm. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Diary management
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Booking conference rooms and arranging for meetings
  • Booking flights, hotels, rental cars and taxis for MDs and Directors
  • General administrative support to the Partners (timesheets, expense sheets...)
  • Liaising with PRO on visa applications if required
  • Tracking visas for locations where travel may be required at short notice
  • Coordinating and formatting documents and files as requested by the MDs and other team members
  • Assisting the Marketing team with service line client information and marketing events specific to the service line
  • Helping to organize service line specific team events
  • Team leave tracking and maintaining team planner with holidays and projects.
  • Build relationship with key suppliers - hotels, car company etc.
  • Archiving files - maintain archive database.
  • Branded emails and brand knowledge.
  • Maintain MD's CV and credentials.
  • Keep current team passport copies, ID and residency visa copies.
  • Prepare Amex and BD related expenses for sign off.
  • Work with finance to assign project codes or BD for external suppliers
  • Project work as and when it arises such as CRM assistance

Qualifications:· Good level of general education· 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Proven track record with a leading professional services firm
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in high pace and dynamic environment.
· Professional manner· Good command of English and fluency in Arabic· Strong interpersonal skills
