- World Class Concepting, Design, and Brand Storytelling.
- Contributes to the generation of ideas from concept to execution to build brand love, improve brand experiences, drive consumer action, and build sales through a variety of mediums.
- Concepting and Design for all paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Art Direction for Photo and Video shoots.
- Brand stewardship across consumer touchpoints.
- Collaborates with Marketing, PR, Social, Digital, and Creative teams to develop marketing campaigns, and best-in-class, cross-functional executions across all channels.
- Leads by example to help set a high bar for the work and can inspire others for what creative success looks like.
- Follows top tier agencies, pubs, and award shows to keep a pulse on the best work in the world.
- Maintains brand voice and standards in all executions.
- Works well with other functions in support of the business.
- Become a brand missionary: learn, know, live, and breathe the brand enough to be a go-to steward of brand voice and guidelines.
- Become immersed in the brand experience: visit stores, follow social channels, become an active member of the brand community.
- Develop projects from conception through execution to development of compelling and effective creative solutions.
- Art direct photo & video shoots and related postproduction such as editing and retouching.
- Execute, monitor, and adjust to project plans as they develop.
- Ensure assignments are delivered with accuracy, on time, and within budget.
- Properly maintains vendor relationships as needed (production, freelancers, etc.)
- Stay abreast of award-winning creative and production, social and audience trends related to the brand and business.
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, design, advertising, or other related field of study, preferred
- Portfolio school, a plus
- Killer portfolio that showcases award-worthy work across modern marketing platforms
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in creative marketing, required
- A highly creative, ad agency background is a major plus because that means you understand best practices for making award-winning work
- Retail, restaurant, food, or beverage experience, preferred
- Exceptional concepting and design skills, required
- Art direction for photography, preferred
- Proficient designing for digital platforms, print, and social media, required
- Motion graphics, animation, illustration, and retouching skills are plusses
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, or able to learn fast
- Experience working with project management tools, like Workfront or similar
