xLOG Support Specialist - German language

• Provide first-level end-user support for our digital solutions.
• Proactively track system activity and solve issues before they arise in daily operations.
• Monitor system performance, process obstacles, and describe demands to our product owners and IT development teams for improvement.
• Seek for the improvement possibilities and share them with the Product Owner and dev team.
• Manage system setups enabling rollouts to new users.
• Train new operators remotely on process and system features.
• Ensure the quality of the solution by participating in the description and execution of test cases.

• Fluency in English and and German is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service/customer excellence/IT applications support or related areas and an understanding of Road Transportation/Logistics is an advantage.
• Experience with JIRA, JSD and internal KN systems (Roadlog, Macadam, ESB, Jupiter) is an advantage.
• Affinity to learn complex applications and workflows and confident handling of MS Office applications
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) plus the drive to get things done.
• Independent work, creativity, and a structured way of working with the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Aspiration to solve problems before they occur.
