- Provide first-level end-user support for our digital solutions.
- Proactively track system activity and solve issues before they arise in daily operations.
- Monitor system performance, process obstacles, and describe demands to our product owners and IT development teams for improvement.
- Seek for the improvement possibilities and share them with the Product Owner and dev team.
- Manage system setups enabling rollouts to new users.
- Train new operators remotely on process and system features.
- Ensure the quality of the solution by participating in the description and execution of test cases.
- Fluency in English and and German is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service/customer excellence/IT applications support or related areas and an understanding of Road Transportation/Logistics is an advantage.
- Experience with JIRA, JSD and internal KN systems (Roadlog, Macadam, ESB, Jupiter) is an advantage.
- Affinity to learn complex applications and workflows and confident handling of MS Office applications
- Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) plus the drive to get things done.
- Independent work, creativity, and a structured way of working with the ability to pay attention to detail.
