- Provide onsite and remote support to STADA Group employees and external consultants
- Manage user requests in internal ticketing tool and communicate with users
- Manage IT services and infrastructure primary based on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, M365, System Center)
- Provide support and troubleshooting technical issues on end-user digital workplace platforms (end-user devices, client software, conference room equipment)
- Provide technical assistance for user queries via Teams, e-mail or phone
- Hardware equipment maintenance and support
- Coordinate activities with other technical personnel
- On-call duty and incident management support
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Operating systems and Office applications
- Experience in system administration of client focused Microsoft services such as AD, M365, SCCM
- Experience in providing IT first level/second level support (Helpdesk, Servicedesk teams)
- Wide technical knowledge of various technologies and products, including client network
- Ability to communicate effectively to help end-users and provide best-in-class customer experience
- Minimum high school degree
- Fluent verbal and written English knowledge (German or other languages can be an advantage)
- Basic ITIL knowledge is preferred
- Driver license (category B) is preferred
