The successful applicant will have flexible availability and may be required to work weekends.In this role, you will be directly employed by Aesop but applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry, the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide. As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (8:00pm) and early starts (5:00am)What we are looking forExperience operating within a customer service role or environmentEffective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomesHistory of successfully participating in and contributing to a teamDemonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for allOpen mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectivesStrong communication skills – fluency in Swedish and English requiredWorking knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)Our Aesop Stockholm Arlanda Airport counter provides an opportunity to host our customers in a unique fast-paced environment.
