- Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Conducting market research, competitor activity and developing tailored job role and industry domain training programs.
- Relationships building with our current and past clients, cross selling, reselling and upselling, through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
- Formulate learning and development strategies by undertaking training needs analysis, review of organizational goals and training funding opportunities within the allocated segments.
- Consult with key internal and external stakeholders and participate in project planning and implementation of training programs to ensure alignment with contemporary industry standards and expectations.
- Developing innovative and exciting new ways of meeting organizational Learning & Development needs.
- Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to our clients and offering post training support when need be.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital media trends.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Masterly of English with Clear Communication Skills
- Advanced skills in CRM software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in selling training programs, seminars/events and consultancy services.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Capacity to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good leadership and team-building abilities.
- Capability in training and trust-building.
