Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the Summer worker in Logistics, in Västerås, we’re looking for?The summer work will take 3 months to complete, on-site.Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your knowledge in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Warehouse & Transport Manager and work alongside supportive and motivated teammates.You'll work together with the Logistic teams: warehouse, logistics engineering and transport teams. Also, you’ll focus on optimization of logistics flows, to always keep the physical and systems flows aligned.We’ll look to you for:

Ensure inbound shipments are handled in compliance with Alstoms OTD rules.
Ensure correct transaction and reception data is processed in SAP/GSI.
Work with Logistics standards for physical material flow (goods reception, warehousing, picking, line feeding, inventory, and shipping).
Ensure the inventory process is in compliance with Alstom standard rules.

Studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Forklift certification is necessary.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Strong team player.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
