The company operates in over 16 European countries as the as the USA and is looking to expand its team in Sweden. You will have first row seats to the renewables market and its dynamics through the vantage point of one of the most exciting growing renewable companies, part of a tightly linked team and unit, that values a safe and friendly working environment, where wellbeing is emphasized. You will have the possibility to challenge yourself, to develop and learn new skills and expertise by collaborating with top experts while also bringing your own experience to the table, and to form personal connections with wonderful people.Our client is an organization that is focused and committed to developing, constructing, and operating its renewable energy projects.Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility for coordinating and managing projects from consultation though to operation.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with licenses and environmental legislation during the process until the projects are completed.
Lead on procuring investigations and inventories, conducting consultations, writing consultation documents and environmental impact assessments and identifying and maintaining contact with all interested parties.
Responsible for the schedule and budget of projects
Development of the appropriate planning-led strategy for each project
Suitably plan, organise, monitor and report on all phases of projects life cycle.
Negotiate agreements including consultancy contracts, landowner agreements, and provide input into commercial decisions, ensuring best value is achieved in all such negotiations.
Construction safety management and environmental management.

Experience Requirements.

Fluent in Swedish and English
Proven track record of leadership within project management within renewables (preferably onshore wind)
Someone who can adapt easily to new working environments according to business needs.
You will have the ability to drive projects through to completion
GIS experience is beneficial
Commercially orientated
Proven experience of sourcing new opportunities and problem solving
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to cooperate with an international development
