- Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
- You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
- You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
- You will carry out the sales processes and always have you main focus on the positive experience of the client
- Previous experience in pesales, sales and customer service in a multi-channel environment
- Excellent communication skills (both voice and written)
- Native level of SWEDISH
- High level of self motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets
- Customer centric and problem solving
- Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus
- You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions
- 38,5h per week temporary contract, Monday to Sunday. Shifts between 8am and 8pm
