As a Data Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to our mission of providing seamless eCommerce solutions. Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Data Visualization and Reporting: Create impactful and insightful data visualizations using Tableau. Tailor reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of business stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, interactive, and accurately represent the underlying data.
Python and ETL Scripting: Apply Python programming skills to enhance data analytics and ETL processes. Develop Python scripts for automating data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
Learn the Product: Immerse yourself in the features, user experiences, and underlying technology of our product. This comprehensive understanding is key to identifying data-driven opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Master Email Deliverability: Deepen your expertise in the mechanics of email deliverability, including the nuances of sender reputation, ISP relations, and spam filters. Understanding these critical components enables you to optimize email delivery rates effectively. To support your growth in this area, we guarantee personalized mentoring, providing expert guidance and insights to ensure your success.
Analyze with Purpose: Leverage your analytical skills to decipher user behavior, market trends, and product performance. Your analyses will not just be about interpreting data, but about weaving your findings into the product's story, identifying what makes it tick, what needs enhancement, and where new opportunities lie.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role (3+ years)
Good knowledge of SQL and Tableau
Hands-on experience with Python
Analytical thinking
Experience in creating Dashboards, Visualizations and ad-hoc reports
Communicative English

It's nice if you have:

Experience in Email Deliverability and e-commerce industry
Experience with creating/maintaining ETL
Knowledge of AWS tools (Athena, s3, RDS, Redshift)
Google Analytics
