You must have:

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
5 + years of Devops experience;
Skilled to interface between Development and IT Operations (from design to production);
Operating and integration in hybrid, OnPrem and cloud environments;
Strong technical and procedural documentation skills;
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. AWS CloudFormation, Terraform);
Professional experience in automation with scripts (e.g. Bash, Ansible, Perl, Ruby, Python);
Very good knowledge of English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

Configuration and deployment automation (Continuous Deployment / Continuous Integration);
Deep understanding of Linux/Unix administration (e.g. SLES, CentOS, etc.), virtualization (e.g. Docker, VMware), and products like JAVA, Wildfly, and PostgreSQL.
