- Provide support for General Inquiries, and technical issues across multiple channels (phone/email/chat/social media).
- Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging) and public (social media, forums, e-commerce reviews) platforms.
- Handle customer escalations effectively and escalate issues or customers to higher tiers of support as per defined protocols.
- Respond to inbound customer requests promptly and accurately, documenting relevant case information for future reference.
- C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch
- B2/C1 proficiency in English
