This will be considered a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2- 3 days in the office weekly.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectivesDevelop detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new system implementations. Collaborate with technology teams to design and recommend solutions that meet business needsEngage with business leaders, subject matter experts, and end-users to understand their needs, priorities, and pain points. Build strong relationships and maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment and successful project deliveryLead and manage business analysis projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goalsCollaborate with change management teams to assess the impact of system changes on business processes and end-users. Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems or process improvementsConduct thorough testing of system changes and enhancements to ensure quality and accuracy.
