- Manage licensee activities and execution in the marketplace
- Ensuring that the annual budgeted volume is achieved in the assigned territories and for maintaining a successful relationship with Tampico’s licensees
- Develop and execute a sales and distribution plan customized for each licensee within the assigned territories, and all channels (e.g., major retailers, wholesalers, distributors, small format stores, etc.)
- Identify marketing actions that align with the assigned licensees’ sales and distribution requirements and support execution to leverage the company’s brand while appropriately managing marketing funds to budget
- Perform market visits and conduct research of competitors, evaluate potential market opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and/or Marketing
- 3 – 5 years of experience in retail or B2B sales. – Food and/or beverage industry experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results
- Ability to interact and influence different levels of management within a client sales organization
- Analytical skills in strategic and sales planning
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Broad understanding and ability to interpret syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen data)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Written and verbal fluency in Portuguese/English/Spanish required
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Must reside in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Parana State, Brazil
