It is essential.Why this role is important to us:We are servicing and supporting some of the largest clients in the global financial sector, in operating their SimCorp Dimension installation with our as-a-service solution.Our regional delivery teams engage daily with our clients in handling the 24/7 operation of SimCorp Dimension® interfaces, service platform, and environments, including monitoring and management of file systems, operation systems, and virtual machines utilizing SimCorp’s as-a-service operational framework – based upon ITIL.What you will be responsible for:The team you will join has the responsibility to document, operationalize, and sustain steady state production services for BAU clients. They review operational readiness of on-boarding clients before go-live and orchestrate changes affecting client’s environment through agreed upon processes and change definitions. The team contributes to improve service availability and reliability though systemic execution of corrective/preventive fixes.As an Operations Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing communications and interactions with the client. You will possess understanding of the environment, obligations, and operational needs of the customer and ensure awareness of customer pain points and critical/major incidents.What we value (our requirements):Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the following experience and competencies:
  • Operational account experience with mission-critical services
  • ITIL certified with practical experience collaborating with clients
  • Critical and independent thinker;

  • Proactive and takes ownership of assigned areas
  • Experienced with global organizations and worked with diverse culture
