  • Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in driving the brand and business strategy as well as Wholesale needs and opportunities
  • Provide analysis/insights and support the presentations and tracking of the targeted results
  • Provide analysis/insights and support presentations in the development of the Novelties and Runnings’ regional distribution strategy
  • Support the implementation of Novelties into MAP planning, executing the seasonal channel/region strategy based on alignment with Sales and analyze the distribution network, quantitative and qualitative, by channel and country to build up solid distribution plans for our assortment strategy’s implementation
  • Support the implementation of the seasonal Core Assortment to maximize structural sell-in, focus on key stories and to drive commonality
  • Support the collections’ presentation and assortment’s review for Key Customers and as well in the handover of the collection to Sales Team with clear strategies and messages and also in the forecast and budget process to reflect the Brand and assortment strategy
  • Support Sales Teams during Sell-in (e.g. product presentation to key customers, product training to new team members, follow-up with HQ on customer claims …)
  • Support the development and check of the seasonal and runnings’ catalogues and price lists in giving relevant qualitative and quantitative inputs, including deep competitors’ analysis, to Head of Buying and Merchandising Wholesale Europe to support development of channel and regional relevant products
  • Support and analyze the performance of top and worst sellers and to develop action plans to improve the critical areas
  • Continuously support in analyzing financial success of our assortment plans based on both standard and “Ad-hoc” analysis and ensure respective regular dashboards to the Regions
Your ideal profile:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role or in a comparable one
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • IT proficiency level: MS office, Excel, Power Point, SAP (basic knowledge)
  • High level of English, Polish (nice to have)
  • Proactive and strong executer
  • You have got consumer goods industry background (nice to have)
  • You are fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
  • You have a self-driven and proactive approach
  • You are passionate about the fashion world
  • Availability to travel for 10% or maximum 20% of the time
