- Develop, implement, and drive logistics procurement strategies.
- Ensure rigorous contract management controls.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to finalize commercial agreements.
- Assess, identify, and select suitable suppliers to meet business needs.
- Directly lead major procurement projects.
- Achieve cost savings through sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and activities.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction with procurement services.
- Lead the rationalization of suppliers, materials, and services.
- Collaborate with senior functional leaders to establish short and long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent business interests in external strategic relationships.
- Support the procurement of supply chain services aligned with the Sustainability Agenda.
- Assist with various outsourcing initiatives based on business requirements.
- Minimum requirement of 3 years' experience in Logistics Procurement.
- Extensive expertise in logistics procurement, particularly in the European context.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proactive and effective in executing tasks.
- Proficient in holding individuals accountable.
- Possesses strong business acumen.
- Demonstrates advanced analytical abilities.
- Skilled in change management.
- Fluent in English.
