- Being the first point of contact for customers in Bulgarian;
- Customer service by replying to chats, emails and social media (90%) or phone (10%);
- Answering customers' questions, e.g. about payments or account blocking.
- Very good knowledge of Bulgarian (min. C1) and English (min.B2);
- Availability to work min. 130 - 150h/month;
- Openness to working in shifts.
- Office in Warsaw (Mokotów);
- Shift work (the department works 24/7 - work with a fixed schedule);
- Civil contract (salary 40 PLN gross/h);
