- Identify new IT Technologies on the market that can bring value for AmRest;
- Recommend and get buy-in for Innovation Initiatives from the Innovation Council (IC);
- Maintain a list of business capabilities that could be addressed by new IT Technologies;
- Evaluate and report on the IT innovation hub’s performance, impact and outcomes, using relevant metrics and indicators, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement and growth;
- Negotiate and actively promote approved Innovation Initiatives to Business to create Execution Structure for Proof-of-Concept (POC) delivery for selected initiatives;
- Manage the IT innovation hub’s budget, resources;
- Actively participate in the projects implementation of the developed ideas and make sure that the initiatives bring expected business benefits;
- Communicate IT innovations within organizations.
- Knowledge of newest Information Technology trends in Restaurant and Retail industry;
- Experience in delivering IT solutions through internal and third-party resources working in scrum and waterfall approach;
- Experience in IT Solution Delivery, IT Architecture and IT Digital function;
- Experience in IT Program planning and execution.
- Ability to present complex ideas and sell strategies;
- Solid business acumen;
