- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
- Create goals for your product that are aligned to the business targets
- Identify and obtain agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business and to the end consumer
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are understood by relevant teams.
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, features, and themes to ensure work aligns with the product strategy
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Collaborate with Global Product Manager to take direction on feature development
- Provide business level guidance to development team
- Collaborate with others by sharing ideas and recognizing the problems to solve for the product
- Work with collaborators to define product scope, goals, deliverables, business and software requirements
- Effectively manage product scope changes and product roadmap to ensure any change to scope is relevant, approved by partners and documented
- Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
- Be the voice of your product internally and externally, and communicate regularly with team members on roadmap planning, product strategy and outcomes
- Pro-actively optimize WoW and contribute to agile ceremonies - sprint daily, planning, retrospective and review
- 5+ years of experience in product owner role on complex projects across countries or regions.
- Demonstrable and practical experience in digital product management, ideally mobile Apps (Native/PWA) or at least customer-facing solutions
- Proven experience in product delivery from inception to maintenance
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and practical experience in working within agile software development frameworks
- Understand IT development process and basic systems architecture
- Vast experience in requirements documentation, decomposition and backlog preparation
- Experience in complex organization on a global scale within regulated industry
- Mobile app delivery
- Familiarity with system integrations and architecture patterns
- Senior stakeholders management (relationship and expectations)
- Have experience in Data Privacy by design
