Contract Management (Direct & Indirect):
  • Develop, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions aligned with company objectives.
  • Review contractual agreements to identify potential risks, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts and agreements.
Supplier Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers across the EMEA region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier communications, addressing inquiries, issues and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for cost reduction, quality improvement and innovation.
Procurement Optimization:
  • Analyze procurement processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement operations and reduce cycle times.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, product management and operations to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
Risk Management:
  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier contracts, pricing fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain challenges and ensure business continuity.
  • Stay informed about market trends, geopolitical developments and regulatory changes that may impact supplier relations and procurement activities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure supplier performance and contract compliance.
  • Track and analyze supplier performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into supplier performance, contract status and procurement trends.
International working environment|Hybrid working
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in contract management, supplier relations and procurement within a multinational organization, preferably in the technology or security industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal and contractual principles, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems and ERP software (e.g. Oracle, ProActis, …) is desirable.
