  • We're in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Webcast Engineer to join our team.
  • Based in Capelle aan den IJssel, we provide high-end webcast and webinar solutions to over 700 corporates and local governments, leveraging state-of-the-art technology.
  • We offer flexible formats tailored to our customers’ needs, including on-location video or audio webcasts, conference call webcasts, professional studio webcasts, and self-service webinar licenses.
  • As a successful Webcast Engineer, you'll directly impact the success of our customers' events, guiding them through the process and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • As a Webcast Technician, you will oversee event delivery from a technological standpoint in our studios or at customer sites.
  • Your role is crucial to the success of our customers' events, coordinating production, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute successful customer events in our studios or on-site.
  • Coordinate webcast production, including scheduling, technical setup, and content integration.
  • Troubleshoot streaming audio and video problems as they arise.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and technical teams.
  • Deploy solutions for various organizations, large and small.
  • Install and configure encoders at customer locations.
  • Stay updated on market developments and customer needs.
  • Maintain effective communication internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • As a successful Webcast Technician, you are a problem solver with a client-oriented mindset and technical proficiency.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in streaming video, with knowledge of equipment like Newtek Tricaster Elite and encoders.
  • Organization, multitasking, and resilience under pressure are key attributes. You possess strong communication and customer support skills, and you thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a service-oriented approach are essential qualities.
