As a Technical Writer, you will play an integral role within the Customer Service and Marketing Team. Your responsibilities will involve aiding in the creation and maintenance of documentation and various media materials for service engineers in the field, thereby contributing to the evolution of new service concepts.Responsibilities
– Make sure user guides are written and sent out on time for projects.
– Gather all needed info for making better documentation from Market and BU.
– Teach Customer Services innovation and Development experts to make great content.
– Plan ahead to review documents or media, deal with feedback, and get approval.
– Send documents for translation, localization, and final delivery.Requirement
– A bachelor's degree in engineering or English language, with an interest in technical subjects.
– Preferably, at least 5 years of experience.
– Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with various teams and virtual organizations worldwide.
– Exceptional communication abilities, fluent in English.
– Experience with CAD drawing tools is a plus.Other Information
