If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doSupport the business in developing, deploying, and implementing the marketing strategy, based on market trends, insights, technology implications, competitive environment in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.Translate the marketing objectives into actionable marcom plans in alignment with local stakeholders, marketing colleagues and plant specialists, specifying required strategy, deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines and within budget.Active participation in content development. Think of press releases, customer stories, research articles, knowledge pieces, thought leadership articles; leveraged on- and offline.Provide sales teams and partners with optimal communication to the market by realizing product and solution launch activities like product messaging, product content creation and customer segment brochures.Coordinate and execute customer/lead events and exhibitions.Keeping consistency in visualization, shape, performance and functionality of communication tools based on corporate Philips guidelines.Share and deploy regional cross-learning of best practices.Your qualificationsHBO/university level in marketing communications, digital marketing, journalism, PR or equivalent experience3-5 years of Marketing Communications experience in B2B environmentExperience in creating marcom tools and event management together with agencies and other creative suppliersSocial media/Digital marketing experienceFlexible mindset and able to work in dynamic business development environmentTeam player with great stakeholder management skillsAffinity with horticulture industryCreative mindset with analytical skills, no nonsense and to the pointFluent in Dutch and EnglishWhat you’ll get in return…We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
