FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER FOR OUR BENELUX ENTITYNatus Medical Incorporated, leading provider of healthcare products used for the screening, detection, treatment, monitoring and tracking of common medical ailments in newborn care, hearing disorders, neurological dysfunction, epilepsy, sleep disorders, and balance and mobility disorders, is looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f) for its Belgian entity.This offer is for a permanent position at full time (40h per week from Monday to Friday) and has to be filled as soon as possible.Job descriptionOur Belgian entity, OSG, based in Kontich (Belgium) is looking for a field service technician based in the Netherlands for field service activities on Neurology activities in the Benelux area, primarily focused on the Netherlands.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:With the Service team and alongside the sale team, for our customers (hospitals and for our Neurology devices:· The installation of the medical devices (installation of the equipment, of the software, IT configurations and calibration)· The yearly calibration at customer location· The hot-line for our customers (technical service)· The recording / reporting of the all the service activities in our CRM (Salesforces)· The management of your metrology toolsTravel required: extensive, Benelux area (Netherlands 90% and Belgium10%).Qualifications· 1 or more year(s) of similar experience on field service activities in the medical device industry· Bachelor degree + 3 yours of College /University with electronic or IT knowledge or equivalent experience· Good knowledge on IT topics (Microsoft Windows 7, 10 OS, and network topics): you like to learn and improve your knowledge on these topics, in order to help the customers with the IT issues as all our products are IT based.· Service-minded, strong motivation, very good communication with customers and other members of the team.· Highly organized : autonomous and self-driven, proactive and in control of administrative work, including service reports and customer queries.· Good professional Dutch and English (written, spoken) level is required to work within the company.· Ability to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium: valid driver licence.Salary and benefits :· Salary + Bonus Pman· Company car + expenses· Computer / phone· Health insurance#LI-LM1 #INDNATUS
