Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands.Role Description
As a Work Planner, you will coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth production and technical efficiency. You will manage work planning, material availability, and compliance, working closely with technical teams and contractors.Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate maintenance and technical work.- Ensure safety permits and compliance.- Manage work orders, scheduling, and material procurement.- Collaborate with production, technical teams, and contractors.- Optimize maintenance processes using LEAN, 6Sigma, or WCOM.
Requirements- MBO Level 4/HBO in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technical Business Administration.- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the process industry.- Knowledge of SAP, Ultimo, TPM, RCM, and maintenance planning.- Strong analytical, proactive, and communication skills (Dutch & English).
