Project Coordinator (Contract Specialist) - M/F/X

• Coordinate andclosely monitor non-standardprojects in theEMEAIregionwithinindustrialmarketslike WaterDesalination, Power,Oil&Gas.

• Review and analyze project contracts in collaboration with various departments.
• Organize kick-off meetings, develop project plans, and track actions meticulously.
• Prepare deviation lists and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Handle quotes and orders according to customer requirements and project specifications.
• Apply integrated project management processes for non-standard projects with special commercial and technical specifications.
• Coordinate pre-qualification requests and non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with sales, legal, and operational teams.
• Maintain company internal project database, prepare management reports, and provide regular trainings.
• Set up and manage specific Product Master Data files for various countries and distributors, converting large data files as required.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, trade sciences, management, law, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, commercial environment, or project management.
• Strong analytical and hands-on coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with legal terms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and database applications.
• Proactive with a result-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Team player with good English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
