- Lead end-to-end project deployment activities, including solution definition, customer communication, planning, and financial management.
- Craft tailored proposals for power transmission customers in response to RFI/RFP requests, guiding them through the technical evaluation process.
- Maintain a deep understanding company products and their applications in power systems, providing expert guidance to customers.
- Coordinate project activities internally across various departments, including sales, R&D, production, and administration.
- Serve as the technical project manager throughout customer projects, performing tasks such as line analysis, sensor commissioning, software deployment, and integration with customer EMS/SCADA systems.
- Collaborate closely with senior technical teams at company HQ to ensure seamless project deployments and stay updated on product developments.
- Deliver product training sessions for customers, sales teams, and engineers, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and represent company through on-site visits for start-up, integration, and training services.
- Maintain expertise in communication technology and industry protocols for data integration into EMS/SCADA systems.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles within a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong grasp of communication technology and its applications in power systems.
- Familiarity with industry protocols for data integration into EMS/SCADA systems.

- Fluent in English (required), with proficiency in French and/or Spanish considered a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Software/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Project Deployment within a technological environment, preferably with exposure to power transmission or distribution systems and EMS/SCADA.
