- Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate capital markets activities in Belgium.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Build leads through networking with clients and potential investors.

- Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive real estate solution to clients.
- Initiate and implement new developments/methodologies/techniques pertaining to business.
- Expertise and execution
- Negotiate and close complex real estate transactions, ensuring favourable outcomes for clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
- Education : relevant Academic degree (economic, finance, management, …)
- Experience and Real Estate Market Expertise: 8+ years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the Belgian real estate market.
- Networking and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Commercial skill : tenacity and drive to seek new business.
- Negotiation Skills: able to negotiate effectively in complex deals.
- Financial Analysis: a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation, and deal structuring.
- Teamwork: Genuine enthusiasm for leading by example and collaborating with Colliers' leadership team
