- Create compelling marketing collateral and materials for sales and product initiatives.
- Amplify brand visibility through strategic social media management, PR campaigns, and cohesive messaging.
- Lead digital channel management and collaborate with agencies to optimise performance.
- Organise impactful B2B events to engage key stakeholders and drive business opportunities.
- Support product launches and conduct market analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and oversee outsourced marketing services to enhance our offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager within fintech or financial services.
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, with B2B and B2C experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience with SEO, social media management, and tools such as HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on growth, product marketing, and content development.
- Analytical acumen to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
