Our client is a leading provider of cloud and unified communications solutions for businesses.Our client is looking for Customer Success OfficerResponding to customers and assisting them by phone and email.Managing complaints from external entities (suppliers, police, ethics committee, PXS...).Creating new accounts and establishing new procedures for partners.Establishing a correct and up-to-date database to ensure proper billing (migration).Proceeding with "portations" (partners, agents, direct clients...).Ensuring that processes established with the IT team are respected and optimal (maintenance of the "knowledge base").Maintaining constant contact with the IT department to provide first-level support.Ensuring good communication is established with all individuals/departments concerned by client requests/modifications.Resolving all issues related to orders (proactive tracking from A to Z).Providing information on other products/services.Reporting all issues to increase company accuracy and efficiency.Reporting all requests from new clients to adapt/create products and increase revenue.Proposing new strategies to increase retention.Reporting and giving opinions on: * Number of calls per period.
  • Distribution based on the type of calls per period.
  • Number of clients IN at a given time.
  • Number of clients OUT at the same time.
  • Redistribution regarding reasons for departure + solutions.
