• Diploma in Business Studies, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Hospitality, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Office programs, and possess excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently after training, with a strong business sense and market intelligence.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin. Competency in other languages or dialects is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation when needed and self-motivated.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• This position is based in Melaka.

• Handle pick-up counter calls, reply, and communicate effectively with online customers.
• Manage WhatsApp communications for appointments, reminders, promotions, and encouraging customers to visit the clinic for treatment.
• Follow up with patients for appointments and work to increase the rate of confirmed appointments through WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create monthly promotions aimed at raising awareness about dental health.
