As an in-house Technical Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers. You’ll also maintain open communication with managers and team members. Here are the key aspects of the role:
- Oversee sales activities across the entire company, working towards performance goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from creating opportunities to delivering quotations.
- Handle purchase orders and keep customers informed about order delivery status.
- Provide consistent support and maintenance for internal systems and external customer purchase portals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity data to assist remote Regional Sales Managers and channel partners worldwide.
- Actively follow up on open opportunities to enhance sales conversions.
- Engage in company-wide process-improvement efforts related to sales.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and maintaining up-to-date sales forecasts.
- Be prepared for occasional business travel in and outside Sweden.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- The role is based in Sweden, while primary focus is on the North American market.
- Due to time zone differences, your working hours will span both day and afternoon.
- A deep understanding of technology with a BSc or MSc in engineering or physics.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with proficiency in Swedish as well.
- You can work independently and collaboratively.
