- Support customers during design-in activities for Infineon Medium Voltage GaN products
- Act as third-level customer support, collaborating with Field Application Engineering and Sales teams
- Create technical articles and promotional materials with Product Marketing and Product Definition Engineering teams
- Provide technical direction to in-house R&D, advocating for customer needs
- Collaborate with R&D, Validation, Verification, and Production Test teams
- Review and release technical documentation in coordination with global teams
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of switching power supplies (SMPS) and power supply topologies (AC/DC and DC/DC)
- 5+ years of experience in product application engineering
- Proven ability to navigate complex problems, providing technical guidance to teams and consolidating their efforts towards solutions
- Comfortable interfacing with customers and bridging the gap between internal R&D and external partners
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including the possibility of intercontinental trips
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
