- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
- Ensure office supplies inventory is maintained and restocked as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Italian and English
- A background in the financial services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage office operations efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
