We provide Investment Teams with insightful analysis on their business risk profile and control effectiveness to support their decision-making capabilities. We are a key partner to the Investment Teams to enable them to adhere to their regulatory and organisational requirements.Your role:We’re searching for a Senior Analyst for our team in Dublin. You will be involved in delivering Controls Assurance process to all EMEA Investment Teams. You will be responsible for ensuring risk exposure is accurately assessed and the controls to mitigate these risks are effectively designed and operating efficiently. This is a key requirement to ensure the Front Office business has implemented effective risk management processes and is adhering to all necessary regulatory and organisational obligations.You will also be involved in:Working directly with Senior Front Office Managers to understand and assess the inherent risks faced as a business and the control processes in place to manage these risks.Undertaking detailed analysis of Control Processes to understand their effectiveness and define the residual risk we face as a business.Provide reporting to the Investment Business making recommendations as to improve and evolve the control environment and implement improved risk mitigation processes. Thus, enabling enhanced business operation and regulatory compliance.Manage and maintain the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process by liaising with Senior Management to ensure the accuracy of this information.
