The Sous Chef will be rostered on a 14 day on, 7 days off - 11 hours per shifts.Who are we looking for?We are looking for experienced, passionate Sous Chefs who are seeking their next career step. To be successful, you'll need;

Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Prior Sous Chef experience highly desirable
Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
