- Manage a sales pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts.
- Generate new business accounts by prospecting and networking.
- Must have well-established contacts in the retail sector and a broad database of clients, Designers, and architects within the industry.
- Ability to sell premium products and consult clients on how to create a coherent customer and brand environment that matches the company’s vision of brand identity.
- Serve as an expert of retail shopfitting and provide technical advice to clients.
- Customize and tailor product solutions to meet the client’s vision and brand identity.
- Discuss and liaise closely with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure that client requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience in Store sector
- Excellent at networking and new lead generation and active contact with architects, retail customers and visual merchandisers connections
- Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications and create & deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Technically sound with awareness of materials such as metal, wood, glass and light / able to judge, taking measurements in specific locations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A background in design would be an advantage.
- A full driving Licence.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibly and independently on own initiative.
- This role will require domestic travel and flexible working hours.
- Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development is required.
