Offer DescriptionThe candidate will have to deal with the study of the physiological mechanisms of control of autophagy and proteostasis in cellular and murine models of acute and chronic leukemia and other onco-haematological pathologies, using common techniques of cellular and molecular physiology, growth and maintenance of cell lines and primary cultures derived from patients, gene amplification and protein expression techniques (PCR and Western Blot), fluorescence and confocal microscopy techniques, preparation and analysis of biological samples to be subjected to transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic studies and subsequent bioinformatic analysesRequirementsAdditional InformationEligibility criteriaEligible destination country/ies for fellows:
