Business FunctionRisk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructureResponsibilities:

Review and analyse current collection strategies to determine effectiveness of the strategy
Formulate and lead champion and challenger tests seek most effective and efficient collection strategy
Perform monthly review of incentive, incentive distribution and productivity to ensure all incentive and productivity inline with target
To provide Collection capacity plan and ensure that capacity of collection is fulfilled
Proposed adjusted strategy and procedure to improve collection effectiveness and efficiency
To provide Collection performance update for regional and local reporting on regularly basis to ensure that strategies are performed as expected
Responsible for on time and accurate Collection Strategy renewal
Responsible for on time and accurate Collection Operational Guideline renewal
Provide regular strategy monitoring report
Ensure strategy implemented as per design on Collection System
Relook on procedure implementation to ensure control
Provide effective and efficient feedback to Collection strategy

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university
Excellent analytical skill and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Having good knowledge in Collection process
Innovative to provide insight on improving Collection strategy and procedure
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
Adequate skill in MS Excel, MS PPT and MS Word
Minimum of 4 years’ experience
