Handling corporate legal and managing all valid corporate legal documentation include contract Oprational Property Industry.
Liaise with external parties, i.e. regulator, external counsel, legal partner, notary and government
Providing the best legal protection for the company
Ensuring the availability of legal documentation which secure the company legal stand point in any contracts with Stakeholders
Responsible for handling both criminal and civil cases that occur in the corporate environment
Collaborate with Human Resource Division to comply with company strategies
Support Human Resource Division for Main Event Jendela Group

A minimum of Two years’ professional experience in relevant field, preferably in law
Graduated from a reputable university, Bachelor in Law.
Having a knowledge and relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is a must
